The Three Skills are presented in two short books. The skills are: Stop Keeping Score, Nurturing Intimacy, and Mastering Acceptance.

It’s my assertion that many people can benefit from practicing the three skills. They are not a panacea but they do help people who struggle in one or more of the areas: harshly judging self and others, perfectionism, not accepting disappointments and losses, and satisfactory relationships.
